After payment, we will collect your Childs Data. You will be given the opportunity to upload a photo of your child on our form. This needs to be a clear photo of mainly your childs face (we can edit it, if you do not have a face only photo). This picture needs to be in .jpg format- email and we can help with that too. You may also fax or postal mail your childs photo (fax number and postal address supplied on form). If you would like to attach the photo yourself, please select "I am not sending a photo, I will attach it myself" on the form.

Your Package will be Postal Mailed within 2 business days, excluding holidays.
